At Desi Banno, every piece is a blend of tradition and craftsmanship, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you face any issue with your order, we offer an easy and respectful exchange and return policy.

Exchanges are offered for sizing issues or defects, depending on product availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or a suitable alternative.Refunds are processed only for genuine quality issues or if we are unable to deliver a replacement. Once the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Custom-stitched items, unstitched fabrics, and sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
